Joining a ukulele club is not only a great way of improving your ukulele playing, but also a brilliant way to meet kindred spirits and make new friends.
The Slipway Ukes
The Slipway Ukes started early in 2023, with players of all abilities coming together to enjoy both playing and singing. We meet on Mondays at 6:30pm at New Hedges Village Hall. Our group is lucky to have some excellent vocalists, as well as a harmonica player and a bass guitarist. We enjoy performing live and sharing our brand of ukulele happiness with anyone and everyone! Highlights have included busking in Saundersfoot as part of the first ever ‘SaundersFEST’, performing a Ukrainian folk song at a Eurovision party and supporting local charities. New members welcome!
