‘Try 7-11 Breathing (Breathe in to the count of 7 and out to 11) or Hot Chocolate Breathing (breathe in as you smell the chocolate, breathe out to cool it down)’
“Set yourself do-able goals and realistic expectations……..or simply do what you can manage to get through today”
