UKE Club Directory

Joining a ukulele club is not only a great way of improving your ukulele playing, but also a brilliant way to meet kindred spirits and make new friends.

Teifi Ukulele Group

We started our little group some 6 or 7 years ago under the umbrella of the U3A with around 8 complete beginners, meeting fortnightly with a guitar teacher for guidance.

We grew to around 15 members but during the covid pandemic we stopped meeting and our group all but disappeared.

Since we re-started we have grown to around 20 members (many who were complete beginners) and now regularly perform to audiences in Care Homes, Agricultural Shows, Craft groups.

The highlight of this year was our performance at The Fishguard Folk Festival.

We run a beginners session each week for the first half hour and cater for complete beginners (we have some loan ukuleles).
